For decades, Israel has offered to negotiate a two state solution that was rejected each time by the Palestinians. Israel offered more, the Palestinians rejected the offers. Those that rule over the Palestinians have no desire for a two state solution and neither do their backers, such as Iran, Syria and other Israel haters.
