As part of the 50th anniversary of Title IX, the Biden administration announced new regulations that would include gender identity under the law's protections. The Department of Education said the goal is to "strengthen protections for LGBTQI+ students who face discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity." While this is admirable, once again, Women lose out! Their claim is that the playing field will be tilted and women will be unable to compete.
