A California Panel has recommended that Reparations be paid to African Americans in California that have families dating back as far as 1850 for slavery and discrimination. They have tied money to racism and strongly believe that they should be compensated financially even though it could sink California into bankruptcy. Not all African Americans find this correct and many ask why invest here while California is dealing with excessive crime and homelessness.
