Remembering October 7th and Reflecting On Its Impact in Israel and Around the World

How can anyone forget the harrowing events of October 7th, 2023? On this day, a surprise attack by Hamas shattered the lives of countless Israeli families. The murdering, raping, burning and torturing to death of nearly 1200 people has left a scar on the Jewish state. With tens of thousands displaced and numerous communities left reeling, we reflect on the resilience of the Israeli people as they navigate ongoing missile and terrorist threats from all sides.
The media has obscured the reality of the situation wanting to focus more on Gazans and blaming Israel for all their problems. We also confront the rising tide of anti-Semitism faced by university students worldwide, shedding light on the broader implications of this enduring conflict.
On this solemn day, we need to remember and never forget.
