This past Holiday Season was filled with travelers’ nightmares, lost savings and lost family time. The airline, cruise, resort and hotel industries blamed COVID, weather, lack of staff, inflation and other reasons for the horrible and underwhelming experiences. Finally, when you get to your destination, in many cities, the increased crime rates have left people feeling unsafe. Travelers are still trying to get their luggage back, obtain refunds or credits and figure out how to recover from these lost opportunities. In 2023, how can it be this horrible?
