Joe Biden does what Joe Biden has always done - make the rules apply for him. The State of the Union was supposed to be just that - the State of the US. However, he turned it into an attack session of the Republicans, lies about his record and throwing allies under the bus - all to ensure that he gets the votes. To endorse what Biden did last night, the Democrats cheered four more years. More of the same from Joe and the Dems.
